I refinanced my home and received excellent service from Silverton Mortgage. The good faith estimate, low interest rate, and frugal fees only added to the value provide by Silverton. I received a few comments from friends about the extremely low rate and fees. The mortgage application was pre- filled out with easy checkbox marks indicating where additional information was required. The whole process was completed within the one month's time period. Both Jasmine and Angie (loan assistant) helped make the process very painless. I even had a choice of multiple closing attorneys, and it so happened there was one right near my office at lunch...

I'm a first time home buyer. I first contacted Silverton because of their competitive rates and Jasmine's great reviews. Jasmine was a complete and pleasant surprise. She is motivated, professional, enthusiastic, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a return call or email. Jasmine was quick to respond even if it was news I didn't like. The whole process was very easy; Jasmine helped me feel extra comfortable with an intimidating first home purchase. I can't sing her praises enough. My Realtor said that was the smoothest closing I've ever had! and wanted Jasmine's contact info for her other clients.

Great job Silverton Team!!! Just closed 7/8/10. I had some show stopper issues not necessarily financial ones but being a little creative we where able to work through them. Jasmine/Angie and team where very responsive especially using IM, email, texting if you're comfortable using these communication mediums you'll love interfacing with them to close your loan.. Jasmine and the folks at Silverton Mortgage were friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire refinance process. There were a couple times that I wanted a little bit more communication from their end about what was going on, but if you call or email with questions they get back to you really fast. I got a great rate and it was very minimal hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Jasmine is very responsive and did everything as we agreed to on the first day we spoke. She remains current on email and texting; we actually only spoke by phone one time. The service was great, including the friendly attorney who came to our home for document signing. I chose Jasmine due to her rate and term offering, but soon learned that a fellow associate at work had also refinanced with Jasmine and he highly recommended her. I second that opinion.

Jasmine made a usually stressful event better than I would have ever expected. She responded to every request I made very quickly and professionally. She assisted me by offering different options to see what worked best for me. Her rates and costs were far better than several brokers that I already had relationships with. I just closed the loan and the lawyer that she arranged to work with me at the closing said that her rates and costs were the lowest that he has seen! Jasmine is a great professional and was always available to answer my questions throughout the loan process. While we mostly communicated via email, I could always reach her directly by phone - that's certainly not the norm with most lenders. Everything went great from start to finish! I shopped around for a REFI and not only did Jasmine quote me a great rate (and stood by her quote, unlike others who were initailly lower), she was very professional, honest and very informative as well.
